Seminar Topic

The seminar focussed on the role of the charity finance team in the new world. The world in which charities and not-for-profits operate has been transformed in recent years. Economic and social change has caused new issues to emerge, and more innovative solutions to be sought. This has led to many organisations reconsidering their strategies, changing their ways of operating, generating new sources of income and reconsidering their cost structure. What is the role of the finance team in this new world? How can you step up to the challenge and use your team’s experience and expertise to help your charity deliver on its vision and mission in this new environment?
