Overview


You engage the services of TPP Not for Profit, Executive Search & Selection as the sole recruitment
consultancy managing your assignment, including (but not exclusively limited to) TPP specialist
consultants managing advertising, response handling and conducting first-round, formal interviews on
your behalf.


Details Of Our Retained Recruitment Service


º A specialist consultant from the relevant team will meet with you to ensure that we have all of the
  information necessary to proceed with the recruitment campaign, discuss your requirements and gain a
  more in-depth understanding of your organisation.


º In close consultation with you, we will agree and formalise timescales for the recruitment
  campaign.


º We will advertise the role, at no additional cost to you, on the most relevant web sites which we subscribe
  to already in our capacity as a leading specialist recruitment consultancy working exclusively for clients in
  the Third Sector.


º Our in-house marketing team can also prepare advert copy and artwork to be placed in the national media
  if you require additional advertising. This cost, including any discounts that we obtain, will be passed
  directly to you.


º We would conduct an extensive search of our database, directly approaching other suitable applicants as
  well as utilising our contacts within the sector to source referrals. This will ensure that the role is brought
  to the attention of as wide a pool of potential candidates as possible.

 

º TPP consultants will conduct initial first round interviews in-line with the job description, person
  specification, assessment criteria and the information gained in meetings with you and your
  colleagues.

 

º Throughout this process our consultants will act as professional ambassadors for your
  organisation, raising the profile and accurately representing the role and acting as a source of
  information for potential applicants.

 

º In line with pre-agreed timescales, we will compile a short list of the strongest applicants, with
  accompanying interview notes to discuss with the selection panel. In consultation with the panel, a short list
  of applicants for final interview will be selected.

 

º We will feedback to unsuccessful applicants once the successful candidates have been
  selected for interview.

 

º We will work in close consultation with you once applicants have been selected for interview,
  confirming interview arrangements and ensuring that all applicants are thoroughly prepared prior to their
  interview. We can include psychometric assessments as part of this process if requested, at no additional
  cost to your organisation.

 

º Formal offer - this is a critical part of any successful appointment and we can offer our
  expertise to the process gained through our extensive experience. As required, we will assist in
  making the formal offer to the successful candidate.

 

Fee


   º A fixed percentage of the final offered annual salary, payable in three installments as detailed below:
  

   º  The first third is payable upon engaging and retaining our services on a exclusive basis.
  

   º  The second third of the fee is payable upon production of an agreed short list.
  

   º  The final third is payable once the successful candidate starts in post.
