TPP Recruitment currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Recruitment Consultant to join our Senior Appointments team, focusing on finance and corporate resources including HR & Operations.
TPP are one of the UK’s leading not for profit recruiters and work with a wide range of not for profit organisations, including charities, professional membership bodies and cultural institutions, as well as education, health and social care providers.
At TPP, we genuinely believe in creating an environment where people enjoy coming into work and we encourage team working, openness and honesty. All staff are treated as individuals, given autonomy and encouraged, praised and trusted to make their own decisions. There is no such thing as a bad idea and career development is nurtured and supported.
Our principled and ethical work culture reflects the sector in which we specialise, and many of our employees join us because they want to help support the charity world.
The TPP Senior Appointments team is one of our longest established and has an excellent track record of recruiting at a senior management level. Over the years we have recruited for clients of all sizes with local, national and international remits, from Directors of specific departments through to CEOs and Board level appointments.
You will work closely with our highly successful HR & Specialist Support and Finance teams to build on this already established desk, recruiting executive professionals on a retained, contingency and interim basis for existing and potentially many new clients. Our flexibility and high level of client and candidate service sets us apart and we offer a truly consultative service to both parties.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal person will have a professional and consultative approach and be capable and comfortable dealing within the highest levels of an organisation. Confident working with and sometimes challenging high level boards in order to obtain the best candidates in the marketplace, you will need to be a collaborative team player who can balance attention to detail at all times with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Engaging and self-motivated, you will be looking for a career move which will build on your recruitment experience to date within an autonomous and challenging role. You will need excellent written skills in addition to being an articulate communicator. We have strong existing relationships with organisations and require someone who is willing to go the extra mile whilst also having the drive to seek and develop new networks and clients in this optimistic economy. Knowledge of, and empathy with the non-profit sector will be what differentiates you and makes you a success. Your background is not as important as you embodying this fact.

- 22 days annual leave increasing with length of service plus your birthday off
- 5 days paid leave to dedicate time to a charity of your choice
