I am a Compliance professional, with over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. I have over a decade of experience in supporting executive leadership, corporate counsel, and senior management with enhanced due diligence, investigations management and compliance solutions. Before joining TPP, I worked across multiple sectors including pharma, financial services and technology. In addition, I am also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

I joined TPP as a Compliance and Data Officer, working within the Central Support team function, and assisting the wider business with their queries.

Outside of my work hours, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the movies (an avid Marvel fan) and looking after my pet rabbits.

Your greatest achievement? 

My greatest achievement is going to university and completing my Law degree and LPC. I am the first female in my entire family history to attend and graduate from university, and I had to overcome a lot of barriers to accomplish this.

Why did you join TPP? 

TPP has a unique passion for the non-profit sector. Charity has always been the forefront of my life, and I felt like TPP’s values aligned well with mine. The recruitment process was smooth and Nicky kept an open line of communication at all times, which was testament to the inclusive culture of the company.

Unusual fact? 

I have webbed toes.

Favourite film or book? 

The Good, The Bad, And the Ugly. Clint Eastwood is my favourite actor.

Tea or Coffee? 

Neither, I am more of a hot chocolate girl.
